  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Peel the squash then cut the ends off and proceed to cutting the squash into cubes. Toss cubes with oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and sea salt. Spread the squash out onto a parchment lined baking sheet evenly, making sure non of the cubes are overlapping. Bake until browned, about 40-45 minutes.
